DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Guaranteed reservations cannot be made without a one night deposit via credit card. The deposit for the last night of your reservation is required at the time of scheduling your reservation. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

If you choose to confirm your reservation by check we must receive the deposit within seven days of making your reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Please note that your payment is non-refundable if not cancelled within 3 days prior to arrival.

Once your payment is received, we will send you a letter confirming your reservation. If you have confirmed your reservation with a credit card, any incidental charges incurred during your stay will be charged to your credit card upon your departure.

CANCELLATIONS
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

The deposit for your reservation is fully refundable unless cancellation is made less than three days (72 hours) prior to 4 p.m. on the arrival date, and is not weather or travel related. Cancellations made after this point are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Reservations cancelled and not rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to 4p.m. on the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

There will be no adjustment for guests arriving late or departing early.

Reservations cancelled and not rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the reservation could result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A two night minimum may be in effect for some weekends during the high season months of July - October.

The above policies are for individual reservations only. Group reservation cancellation policies are based on the arrangements made with the meeting planner at the time the group contract was made.

CHILDREN
Well-behaved children are welcome at The Lodge at Tallulah Falls. We also ask that parents supervise their children in the public areas.

EXTRA PERSON CHARGE
Occupancy is based upon 2 guests in a room or suite. A charge of $10 per night will apply for an additional adult occupying the same room. This charge does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

NON-SMOKING FACILITY
We are a strict non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted only in the outside areas of the Lodge. Our in-room fire alarm system is extremely sensitive to smoke.

A violation of this policy will result in an automatic $150 cleaning fee as well as assistance in finding you a smoking facility for the remainder of your stay.

TRANSPORTATION
Airport limousine transportation services may be arranged in advance for an additional charge through the Concierge or any member of the Front Desk staff.
